If you have a bike that is has ISCG03 or just a threaded bottom bracket with no derailleur mounts for a chainguide then this will work for you. Most bikes with ISCG03 usually come with a threaded BB anyway.
To install, you will need to replace one of your spacers on the bottom bracket with the guide and setup is pretty straight forward from there. Its based on the already proven single tool top guide which works on Boost and Oval chainrings.
It's light at 34g so why wouldn't you run it on a XC bike?
