Syntace components are definitely strong and light - we are not sure about smart, we think that trait is left for the engineers that design them. Every year there is a new bar on the market, the manufacturer claims it is xx% stiffer than last seasons bar. Following the law of diminishing returns how much stiffness can be engineered into a bar before it becomes redundant? Syntace has gone the other way in terms of stiffness claims, Vector Carbon bar has been designed to be stronger than any other carbon bar on the market but also to be the most comfortable. The Vector Carbon is available in a 8 and 12 sweep with two widths of 680mm and 740mm. Both lengths have a 10mm rise. The unique sweep found on the Vector carbon bar provides heaps of comfort and great ergonomics. You arms will naturally move in an arc as they become further apart.
The bars have a uni-directional carbon finish which look super sexy, is compliant on the trail and is one of the toughest bars available. What else do you need?
