How Much is Shipping?
Free shipping Australia wide for orders over $300, otherwise it's $10.95 per order. International shipping is based upon weight, please run the estimate in your shopping cart for shipping calculations. Free shipping is not calculated with price offer/price matched items.
Do you do bike service?
Yes we do. We have partnered with The Rolling Fix for Sydney metro servicing. You can have you bike serviced at home or office. You can also have your new bike assembled and setup professionally on the spot.
Can I pickup my item?
Sorry we do not accept any pickups. Shipping is usually quicker.
Some items may not be in stock, custom or subject to longer than normal supply times. These items can be pre-ordered upfont. Items usually have a pre-order ETA listed but if not please contact us and we'll give you an update. Once pre-ordered you will automatically be placed into the queue and filled as a first come first serve basis.
How do I return my stuff?
Please contact us on the Contact page, include your order number. We can only accept returns on brand new, un-opened and unused items. If there is any signs of wear, installation or original retail packaging is missing, we are not able to accept returns.
There are no returns on bib-shorts, undershorts or baselayers. If you have a question about a return please contact us first.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping for incorrect sizing or change of mind purchases.
Refunds on custom items
We cannot accept refunds on custom products, such as custom tuned shocks, frames or suspension forks (Vorsprung Smashpot Upgrades).
Can I combo a coupon with a Price Offer deal?
That's not possible. Each Price Offer deal is unique.
Can I "raincheck" my sale coupon in the future?
Sorry, coupon codes have a set end date - Once the code has expired we are no longer able to honour the discount. Out of stock items do not qualify valid running sale codes.
Can you build my custom wheel-set?
Yes we can. We will build you any wheel-set with almost any hub/spoke/rim combination. Please let us know what you would like to build.
I own a bike shop, can we get wholesale?
Sure can. Please contact us via the contact form and let us know your location and what products you are after.
Something broke, How do I get a warranty?
Please send us an email with your order details and a description of the problem. We will forward your details to the respective manufacturer / supplier where they will approve (or not) the warranty. Wear and tear, thrashing, abuse and installation error does not fall under manufacturers warranty.
How does the 60-day SQlab saddle program work
You can order a fit kit, or check our fit guide to size up your a**. It's important to get the measurement right first go. Purchase a saddle of your choice and test it for 60days. Let us know if you want to return it any time in between.
Do I get free shipping if I use the price offer tool?
Free shipping is calculated on your total order, if you are price matching several items at once there is no way to calculate your total order, therefore we cannot offer the free shipping for price matched items at the moment. If you have a few items that you want to price match, contact us and we can consolidate into one order. Free shipping is not always included in price matching system, you may need to be pay for additional shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship via Australia Post or TNT International for oversized packages. Please note duties, taxes and customs costs vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to work out the costs before purchasing. We are not able to provide estimates on these costs.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to fraud, coupon misuse. While we do everything in our control to make the best shopping experience possible for all our customers we simply do not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour.
