A perfect balancing act of mild compression, breathability, durability and body-hugging comfort. Breaking the short into 3 seperate wear zones ORNOT utilises three different types of fabric throughout the shorts. The back-front-under panels are made from a 80% Nylon / 20% Spandex, it's not super stretchy so it helps prevent sagging and bunching and it's far more durable which is needed for the seating area. This fabric combo naturally wicks moisture and employs just enough stretch to be smooth and comfortable on the skin.
The side leg panels utilise a 80% Polyester to 20% Spandex ratio to give a mild compression effect on the legs, it also allows the leg material to comform better when pedalling without bunching or creasing, the material is thinner here improving hot weather breathability. The top mesh straps use a high polyster blend that is very stretchy and feathery light. You can expect the bib mesh to go unnoticed on those long rides.
The shorts are handmade in the USA and feature an anti-bacterial chamois that is 3D shaped with triple density padding to minimise pressure. It has a smooth top cover and no hard edges which is rated up to 6hrs. All seams are flat locked and the legs feature silicone grippers.
The shorts have a matte finish with the disruptive but very eye pleasing styling from ORNOT. Fit is race cut and are also available in womans specific cut.
