Ultra wide and ultra stable wheels that can handle any terrain and by now you should all know the benefits of wide rims. A refined carbon rim shape and resin improves impact resistance while bringing the weight down to 1,731g. An asymmetric rim design for balanced spoke tensions.
The Original wide wheels from Ibis, now completed updated with a newer layup which brings them a little heavier than the Boost versions, 500g compared to the 435g rim weight. Heavier but definitely not less durable, they still receive the long 7+2 year warranty on the wheelset.
32 Sapim CX-Ray spokes per wheel makes for easy spoke replacement and now with a huge 7 year warranty on the rims you can feel confident riding these as hard as you want.
Featuring a hookless rim bed for easy installs and greater rim strength, the 742's can be setup tubeless easily - and that's with just a standard floor pump, less tire burping and more stability running low pressures. Recommended for tyres 2.25" to 3.0"
Offered only in standard spacing (non-boost) - these will pair well with any existing frame that has standard 100mm front hub spacing and 142 rear spacing.
