These pads are specifically engineered for Scrub metal-matrix rotors. Scrub uses a proprietry organic compound to provide good wear and consistent braking performance in both wet and dry conditions. After the bed in process you will notice a dark band on the outer edge of the rotor, this shows that you have got a good transfer of pad material to rotor.
